By installing or using Best Ball Buddy (“the extension”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.
1. What the extension is
Best Ball Buddy is an informational analytics overlay for DraftKings best ball drafts. It displays ratings, probabilities, and roster information to assist your own decisions. It does not place picks for you and does not guarantee any outcome.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the extension for your own use while your subscription is active. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer for the purpose of circumventing payment, or share your access with others.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- The extension requires a paid subscription: a monthly plan ($19.99/month) or a one-time Season Pass ($34.99) that provides access through February 15, 2027.
- Payments are processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe. Monthly plans renew automatically until canceled.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the extension in compliance with all applicable laws and with the terms of any third-party services you use it alongside (including DraftKings). You are responsible for your own account, your own picks, and any wagers you place.
5. No affiliation with DraftKings
Best Ball Buddy is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DraftKings. “DraftKings” is a trademark of its respective owner, used only descriptively.
6. No warranties
The extension is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Data and ratings may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. We do not warrant that the extension will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will remain compatible with DraftKings, which may change at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost wagers, lost profits, or losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the extension. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or for abuse. You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it and canceling your subscription.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date.
